Packages suited to your needs
If you're looking for regular design support then a retainer would be a great option for you.
With our retainer packages, you can choose a set amount of hours per month depending on your needs, for an initial period of 3 months. We will then re-assess your package to ensure you are getting exactly what you need and will then move onto a 3, 6, 9 or 12 month agreement. If you ever need more hours than the agreed number of hours per month, overtime is charged at our regular hourly rate of £50 per hour. Please note that retainer hours do not roll over each month. We will always let you know in advance if we are close to hitting our hours for the month.

What's included?

If you have a type of project which isn’t listed, please don’t hesitate to ask. Please note: services do not include logo design. Logos will be charged at hourly rate of £45/hour.
Turnarounds
Once design requests are confirmed, we aim to get to work within 48-72h. If we find that a task is blocked or delayed for any reason, we’ll ensure to flag this to you as soon as it comes to our attention.
Overtime
Any design requests that run over the dedicated hours will be charge £50 for every hour incurred.
How long do the retainers last for?
All retainers will last for a 3 month minimum commitment from when we first start working together. After this time we will have a review call to see how it's going and to see if your package is still meeting your requirements.
When will I be invoiced?
You will get an invoice at the start of each month to be paid up front of any design work. Any additional project work will be invoiced at the end of the month at the price discussed.
